Email support@justiceos.ai. That is the right address for anything about the product itself: a page that will not load, a form field that fills incorrectly, a refund question, a fee-waiver request, a privacy or data-deletion request, or a mistake you have found in one of the guides. Guide corrections are genuinely welcome — every guide cites its official source, so a correction can be checked against the same source rather than debated.
There is no support phone line. Rather than publish a number nobody answers, this page names the hotline above, which is staffed around the clock by people trained for it.
What support cannot do
Nobody here can give legal advice, tell you whether to file, tell you which form or legal path is right for your situation, or predict what a judge will decide. JusticeOS is not a law firm and is not your lawyer. For questions like those, a court self-help center is free and a licensed California attorney can advise you directly. Support will say so plainly rather than guess, because a confident wrong answer about a restraining order is worse than no answer.
