When you get your money back

• You want it back for any reason in the first 14 days. Downloading or printing the forms doesn't change that. You don't need to give a reason.
• The court clerk won't accept your packet for filing, within 30 days of purchase. You get the full $19.99 back.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

This covers the clerk accepting your papers for filing. What the judge decides isn't covered, because no one can promise that.

Filing has two separate steps. First the clerk checks your forms and accepts them. Later a judge reads them and decides whether to grant a restraining order and what goes in it.

The judge's decision depends on your situation and the law. If a judge says no, or gives you less than you asked for, you can still ask for your money back in the first 14 days like anyone else.From day 15 to day 30, the guarantee only covers the clerk accepting your packet.

How to ask for your money back

Write to support@justiceos.ai from the email address you paid with. Just tell us you want your money back.

If the clerk turned your packet down, it helps to tell us what they said so we can fix it for the next person. You don't have to prove anything.

The money goes back to the card you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

If someone else can see your email or your bank statement, it's fine to write to us from a different email. Tell us the card's last four digits and the day you paid, and we'll find your order.
